By March 24, 2010, PME reached a significant milestone by becoming a registered legal consulting firm with the Ruler’s Court of Ras Al Khaimah (Legal Consulting License No. Rakia 74 FZ 303102693). Our journey of excellence continued as we gained the right of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts Part 2 in 2014 and became an associate member of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in 2011.

For over 15 years, PME has proudly supported a diverse range of clients in the UAE on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, commercial arbitration, dispute resolution, debt recovery, real estate, and employment law.

In 2024, building on this extensive legacy, PME embarked on a transformative journey by launching Prudential Middle East Corporate Services LLC, an Abu Dhabi Mainland professional advisory firm. Incorporated under the Department of Economic Development Abu Dhabi (Economic License No. CN-5665636), we now operate from our new Abu Dhabi office. Our expanded services include market entry advisory, corporate services, risk management, strategic advisory, commercial arbitration, general tax advisory, and other professional services.
